The rear of the mug has a large tan colored Mickey Head that has a sanded, not glazed finish. The exterior and handle of the mug are white. The interior is a holiday red. Made of glazed white ceramic. Rae Dunn products are mass produced, but are crafted to look like handmade pottery. It is normal for them to have dents, bubbles and other unique features to make them look like one of a kind pieces. Please be aware that these imperfections are normal to this brand and do not signify any damage or use. The mug is food safe.
