My dad got this ring back in 1970. When I got married in 2017 we replaced the smaller diamond with a 2 ct moissanite diamond. The stone is GORGEOUS! The bands are made of 14k white gold. Whoever purchased this set is getting a one of a kind really good deal! When we went to go find a matching band for my husband we just couldn’t get an exact match of this ring. The jeweler said it was an etching technique that jewelers no longer know how to do? I did size the ring from an 8 to a 10. The band has a marking on it of a diamond. The 14k stamp was lost on the band when I sized it. The other band with the stone does still have the 14k stamp and another stamp of LR. After research I am certain the LR stands for Leon Rudberg Jewelry Co. This jeweler is based out of Dallas and has been in business since 1912. We are from Dallas Texas and so I am certain this is where my dad got the ring set. I can tell you whoever gets this set will be over the moon! It’s beautiful, one of a kind and looks like a $15,000 ring. You will love it!
