ballagren@jodyfi Hi- I am not sure if it is natural or lab grown. Dawkins uses both in his jewelry, I know that. But I did not get that information when I purchased it and I don’t have a gemstone tester. I’m sorry cannot confirm which. Thanks for looking! Steph
