calley@nimsue79 Great question! The waistband is elastic β it lays flat at 16" (so 32" around relaxed) and stretches comfortably to about 39β40". It fits best on a waist around 32β37", but the stretch makes it forgiving on a range of sizes. Happy to measure anywhere else on the dress if that helps!
