ellpopHard to say because wrist sizes vary a lot. My daughter is in our late 20s and it fits her. She’s has a tiny wrist and size 3 ring. But most adults it would probably be too small. I am not home currently, if you want when I get home I can try to do the circumference with a string. I thought I had that in my notes, but I don’t see it.
