This is a beautiful gold heart natural sapphire and diamond necklace. The necklace and pendant are 14k solid yellow gold. It weighs a total of 2.5 grams. The pendant features three natural blue sapphires and 17 natural diamonds. The sapphires measure 4mm tall. The diamonds measure 1mm. The necklace measures 20 1/4" long.
