Highly collectible shell carving of Medusa from most likely, the Art Nouveau Period, judging from the facial features and the octagonal filigree setting. I fully believe the setting to be sterling, but I do not see marks, and I have not taken it anywhere to be tested. Truly Unique and Amazing piece. Priced to Sell.
