I never got to use this! My neighbor and I were out shopping and we both got one. Sadly, mine did not fit my steering wheel. But I bet it fits YOURS! (Unless you have a 2010 Mustang. If you have one of those, forget it. It won't fit). This was only taken out of the packaging one time and immediately put back in because it didn't fit on my steering wheel. It says it fits most 15" steering wheels. My car has a 15" steering wheel but it isn't designed to allow for this kind of cover. The diameter when fully stretched is 15". This steering wheel cover takes two AA batteries (not included). The battery compartment can be mounted to the steering column on the car using the 3M double coated tissue tape on the back. This cover has 24 LED LIGHT lights: 12 are pink and 12 are blue. The "manual" for this is the printed instructions found on the inside of the paper label that wraps around it. When I had batteries in it, everything lit up and looked really nice. I just wish it would have fit.
