This item is in good condition the belt does clip in the middle. The hardware may have some scratches on it. The brown leather part is also a bit scratched please see pictures carefully measurements are shoulder to the longest part of the dress about 50 inches and shoulder to the shortest part of the dress is 43 inches armpit to armpit is about 20 inches. The buttons down the middle are real.
