This graphite-color, voluminous midi A-line skirt is a show stopper. It can be worn in multiple different ways thanks to 1) the adjustable sash-like belt and 2) the ties underneath the skirt, which can be used for exquisite French-style gathering/rushing to create a dramatic structural silhouette, for example, a high-low or otherwise asymmetric hemline. The ties can also be tied up horizontally for more pronounced pleats. The sash-style belt can also be worn as a neck scarf or hair band. So many styling options, some of which are shown in the photos. The material is taffeta-like (actually polyester) with the renowned crinkly, mildly stiff feel and subtle sheen. The seams and the belt are lined with a lighter-color, grayish-pink tulle for some contrast. The belt is reversable, displaying the taffeta-like material on one side and the tulle on the other. The belt is attached and removed via a button. The elastic waistband renders it a pull-on skirt. Lying flat, it measures 14 inches unstretched and stretches to a max. of 18 inches (therefore, the size can be small to medium). The total length is 32 inches including the tulle hem, but could be shorted with the help of the ties. The skirt is in excellent pre-owned conditions. No stains, holes, or tears.
