Mini chic large dress for birthday holiday party or New Year’s Eve. Please note: this dress is in great condition. However I cut the middle layer out. The dress does not have the tulle middle layer. As shown in the last photo it is still perfect and didn’t change the dress. (I removed the tulle due to it being itchy)
