Hi! Do you have a chest measurement for the top and waist on the skirt?

Stretch out length is approx 20 in across chest(top is flowy) and size small, waistband at the bottom of the shirt measures approximately 15 inches across and the elastic waist on the skirt measures approximately 15 1/2 inches across and is a size medium
