It is a tiered design with the first tier hitting just above the waistline and two more tiers gracefully falling to 48 inches in length. The PTP measurement is 24.5 and it is a size XL. It was originally over $400 and purchased at Sundance. It is a beautiful rayon/silk velvet that is dry clean only.
