The tag does not have a US size. I have added the Desigual chart.

My understanding is that Spanish 44 is like a US 12 as per the chart... but it also says a 12 would be an XL. The dress is definitely not what a US XL would be - but it is like a US 12 (which is a large). Hope that helps?
