@catjcopp. So its approximately 21 inches across. There does not appear to be any flaws I got this and only wore it one season. I purchased this at a local outlet mall. The inside body of the coat is lined along with the hood but the sleeves are unlined. Still overall a nice medium weight coat in my opinion. I loved it when I wore it I just have different coats that I wear more frequently. Please let me know if you need any additional information!
