Antique Rare Chinese Woven Kesi Evening Hand Bag Gilt Coral Lapis

This is a rare Chinese woven kesi evening bag. Kesi or Kossu is not embroidered but woven. Kesi is said to be more valuable than gold. Please look at the weave and the fabulous colors that have still retained their vibrancy. I have never seen a hand bag made of this precious woven cloth. It was an antique when bought by the original owner. There is a little mirror and her note inside. Please see photos as they are part of the description.
