Hi- cute bag! Can you describe the mark more? Is this a simple scuff/scratch situation or is the leather torn? Hard to see from the pictures. Thanks!

@paigemckibben The leather isn’t damaged from what I can tell. It seems to be something stuck on it (maybe sap?) - would probably come off w leather cleaner.

@johnsl yes, strap is adjustable up to 38.2 inches so can be worn on one shoulder or as a crossbody.
