Franklin Mint”The Carousel Anniversary Clock” A Collectible Item

It was crafted in Germany and features moving carousel with detailed flower patterns and Roman numerals. This is a vintage , limited edition edition piece from the late 20th century made of porcelain.(1980’s) It does have signs of wear, please look at photos. Time on clock and carousel is in working condition. Does need tape to keep battery case closed. Have to fit battery in snug but carefully due to age.
