Penelope Chilvers Knee high tassel boots, size 38.5 in color conker ( dark brown), regular calf. These run big and fit more like an 8 or 8.5 to me. They are basically brand new with some damage to one boot. I had planned to return because they were too big, but my cat got a hold of a boot and scratched up part of the leather. See the last photo for the scuffing/scratches. The leather has a rugged look anyway so they’re definitely wearable, especially for that Doen or Ralph Lauren kind of look!
