The "1837" stamp on the ring refers to the year the company was founded by Charles Lewis Tiffany. Stunning Sterling silver. Does have interior and exterior precious metal mark. Belt/band detail on a concave wide band. Belt does not rotate as it might appear to. Due to sterling silver being a softer metal - ring does have some marks on metal. Has been polished and cleaned.
