Main snowflake has two little baby snowflakes hanging on each side. ❄️ To me it looks like it’s silver plate based on the tarnishing. I do not dare try to polish. I like the patina. Has a music-box in the base. Believe at one time it rotated or spun in circle as song played. Cannot identify tune it plays cause it goes way too fast. Definitely vintage, possibly antique?
