curators_curio @clamarre1995 Without. Tagged as NWT because it is new and the like new category on here includes slightly used stuff too. This has never been worn so I don't want my new pieces getting mistaken for slightly used. So it's new. But it doesn't have tags and the neck label is blacked out to prevent retail returns because it's a sample.
