In perfect condition and works perfectly. I was just scared to use it at first then ended up getting a traditional straightener a few months later. Will come in original box with straightener w/ cord and cleaning brush + manual and info papers. Only thing that’s missing is the plastic to display the items in the box (doesn’t affect anything) Same or next day shipping
