Antique lawn nightgown size M

This very lightweight cotton nightgown is probably from the 1930s or 40s. It might even have belonged to my grandmother. Machine made, not handmade. There are two buttons in the front for closure. Lace aroundthe sleeves and neck. Note the nice embroidered details on the bodice. Note the extra triangular panel added to the skirt to give it a little flare. There's a slight stain in the front under the placket.
