Y2K LOFT Black and Cream Floral Blouse

Elegan cream/off white and black floral blouse with a wrap-style waist with braided accents and other details. Sleeveless design for a chic look. This is from the early 2000s/Y2k in very good used condition. The top has no major flaws, with just a slight bit of wear as the photos show. It has a bit of fabric piling/very minimal fading of the black, and some loose threads. Overall great condition especially for being y2k!
