Vintage 80s Two-Tone Dress

Super fun black and red 80s dress! The top 3 buttons are functional, the bottom ones are purely ornamental. The waistband hasn’t lost any elasticity and still has plenty of stretch left in it. There are small shoulder pads to emphasize the puff sleeves. There are 2 small snags (less than 1 inch each, shown in photo 6) on the back of the dress, they are not very noticeable. 16 inches pit to pit
