This elegant statuesque lady is item #BCS3020530 from 2003. Her gown is a midnight blue with a 5" base of gathered material. She stands 9" but her body is rather dainty. She wears a large brimmed hat adorned with blue flowers I assume to match her blue shawl. Her arms and bust are a cream color and her hair is blond and pulled back under her hat.
