The base of the colander has small legs to allow for drainage even when placed on a flat surface. Both sides have pour spouts. The handle is designed so that you can hang the colander for storage. The underside of the handle is marked Tupperware and the model number. This is the bright, sunshiny yellow color, not the harvest gold Tupperware.
