Hi! Do these fit true to size? Are they made in England?

Yes they are made in England and true to size. They fit 7.5 ladies. I absolutely love them, but they were slightly too narrow for me. I do have a wider foot. I only wore them once for about 4 hours before i decided they should probably go to another home 😢 they are beautiful!
