Do you mean top of sleeve opening from top to bottom OR from the bottom of the sleeve opening from one opening to the other ?

@meimeichi bottom to bottom of sleeve opening (across the chest), like where the arm pit is 🙂 also total length of the vest from top of shoulder down to the hem. Thank you!

Under arm to the left under arm to the right 17 inches
Top of the shoulder to the bottom of the blouse, 20 1/2 inches
Full circumference of the under arm opening 20 inches
