Very warm leggings made of thick Mongolian Yak Wool with elastane for stretch, going for $118 new on Etsy. Elastic waist and pretty cuffs at the bottom. Perfect for the coldest of days, (I own another of the same). Waist is about 12.5 inches laid flat, and about 14.5 when stretched. Length is about 36.5. Brand new, never worn or washed.
