An exceptional EUC example of a vintage J. D. Roybal creation in traditional Navajo style featuring a large turquoise stone, Morenci or Kingman turquoise, set in silver with leaf and floral (or "puffy button") decorations. J.D. Roybal (Jose Desiderio Roybal): A well-known Native American artist from the San Ildefonso Pueblo, active from the 1930s to the 1970s. His primary work was in watercolor and clay, often depicting Tewa clowns (Koshares) and dancers. He is less known for silver jewelry, making it rare and desirable. With braided leather tie. See photos for size. One of the agnates (silver decorative ends) is dented. See photos.
