Vintage Tiered White Lace Dress with Pearl Brooch Great condition, full lining, back zip No labels Measurements: Waist: 35” Hips: 39” - 40” Length: 34” Bust: The dress has an elastic band at the top. The elastic measures 15” across the front when at rest (unstretched), but it fits larger. My own measurement is 32” and the dress was too big for me. I had to hold it up for the photo. However, the dress was a great fit for my size 4 dress form / mannequin.
