This is a gorgeous example of vintage Taxco, Mexico jewelry. There is so much care and attention paid to the detail in the making of it. There are multiple gemstone panels in this rectangular linked bracelet, and on the reverse all blue denim lapis is inlaid. Stones included are: black Onyx, orange spiny oyster, green Veracite or it could be Chrysoprase, purple Lepidolite, Turquoise, and green Malachite, plus the blue denim Lapis Lazuli. There are 9 panels plus the box clasp, whose pin faces sideways, very different. This piece is stamped either BAC or RAC. I have looked this up in my Mexican silver jewelry hallmark’s book, and it says RAC is a Taxco piece, with associated Eagle mark #2. There is no reference to BAC. Length: 7” Weight: 41.8 grams
