hello! has this been washed or drycleaned? also, are the shoulder straps still attached? I can't see them in the photo. thanks!

@asm4848 Hi! I have this listed as a consignment piece for someone else so don't know how it was cared for. The tag says dry clean or hand wash. As for straps, there aren't any. There may have been straps at some point but it is a strapless dress now.
