openconcept I usually wear a 38, or a size 7.5 in women’s. Are these a true 38? Or running a bit smaller?

thegretaedit going by the tag they are a 38- I tried them on and I am 6.5 wide in women's and they fit me. I do know that my Uggs in the past have relaxed with time so I'm not 100% sure if i can answer your question accurately! but they are so cute
