Background color is seafoam blue green with a print in mauve, black, brown, white and teal. I believe it’s meant to be worn more off the shoulders, but I have shown it both ways. It has a built-in bra and includes padded inserts however they are wrinkled from storage. It looks like the paper hang tag fell off.
