Super cute vintage floral tapestry handbag, likely from the early–mid 1960s. Classic carpet bag style with a top handle and beautiful woven floral tapestry. The pattern matches a few other mid-century tapestry items I've found online - see the last two photos. Those items are NOT mine, just matching items I've found from other sellers. Inside has a zippered center pocket, metal zipper with a little chain pull, and an old-school hanging ring for keys or a small pouch. Bottom has metal feet. The handles are fabric-wrapped and padded, and worn. There’s no brand label inside, but the style and construction are very consistent with vintage U.S.-made tapestry bags from this era (often attributed to makers like Kadin). Condition: Good vintage condition with normal wear for its age. Some wear on the handle fabric (shown in photos). Opens/closes well, zipper works, interior is clean. A really fun, wearable vintage bag — perfect if you love mid-century style, cottagecore vibes, or just want something unique that isn’t everywhere.
