This dress is in excellent preowned condition however does have the tiniest of pulls at the waist underneath where the wraps go. Would be invisible completely when tied. As shown in photographs. Dress is a size 4, but this brand is known to run a little small. It measures pit to pit 19 inches, 27 inches at the waist and 41 inches from shoulder to hem. Non-smoking home.
