The one size fits all is a concern as I have a rather large head with a narrow face! Go figure! Now that metalics are in, I would take a chance. I measuredmy Head and its 11" via my forehead. No idea how to measure? Would you take my Risk Offer of $30 & $4.99?

This is a Childs size Hat! My Niece tried it on and itwas on but fit snug. This is why I always ask a out One Size Fits All. That just doesnt work. I am contacting PM and. letting them know that there is no Stretch, it is sewn for a small Childs head and should be sold as such I will send it back and besides mentioning the size , you might state Not For Everyone! Too bad.
