We are so sorry poshmark is fixing our account we had been blocked from responding to our customers. We have 5 star feedback and literally never had a complaint. We shipped the bag but if there’s any issues contact us through my account until poshmark resolves the issue. This bag has similar measurements to the LV MM onthego which is also Medium.

mariemcgran@pdeleon13 So we use entrupy to authenticate. Before the bag reaches you it will go to poshmark authentication to verify it. Any purchase over a certain amount has to be examined at poshmark headquarters so they will also provide poshmark authentication for you. All of the items are guaranteed and poshmark will not ship it if there are any issues and you would immediately be refunded. So we do not get paid unless it passes through posh and you accept it.
