Hello! I see in the description it says fits size 8.5-9 do you say that because the shoe runs on the narrow side? Is the back strap flexible? Thanks!

Strap has an elastic piece in the side, if you look closely at the pictures you’ll see it. It’s hardly noticeable but it’s there. I’m spot on 8.5, in louboutins I generally wear between 39.5-40, same for these. Designer heels usually run a bit narrow. These fit, I just haven’t worn them
