Some have Velcro backing, some do not. See pictures. I do not know exact colors of bows or rosette. I will not be taking any more pictures as this is already packaged up, ready to be shipped. Any additional charms, tags, straps are not included. Will be shipped unstuffed or folded! My Dad passed away and I no longer find joy in collecting.
