are those leather straps? also, can you provide measurements and show full view of sweater if possible?

@solmyaeva I added a couple more pictures with one side down and with both sides up. The attachments on one side don’t appear to be leather. I think they’re full leather. And then the other side has big snaps. The pit pit is 19 inches with a comfortable stretch to 22 inches.
