This skirt is size 16 and made by Alia. It is made with 33% rayon and 67% polyester and machine washable. It is fully lined and has a hidden zipper up the back. It measures 17 1/2" across at the waist, the hips measure 23 1/2" across and is 34" in length with a 12 1/2" vent slit in the back. It is very gently worn, in excellent condition, no rips or stains, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very nice skirt.
