Lovely, easy-to-wear lightweight blue 100% cotton Talbots midi dress in size 20W. Though only worn a few times and washed once, I absolutely loved this. Dress features an elasticized smocked neckline, short sleeves, and flattering A-line shape. Darts at the bust and in the back to enhance fit. Measurements: bust, c. 26.5” across (flat lay); length is about 37”, measured from center back top neckline to bottom hemline. The material is, I believe, woven (not a knit) and is wonderfully cool in hot weather. Color is a light denim blue. The floral embroidery around the bottom is white - not a stark white, but a soft white that looks grayish on the blue material. I do not see any flaws; there is a tiny amount of whitish soap residue on the front. This will easily wash out with the next laundering.
