London Towne (of London Fog) full-length, French-silhouette trench coat. Bright yellow (think Paddington) with 2 top snaps plus four hidden snaps down the front, also snaps and adjustable ends of sleeves, a classic back storm flap, and flared hemline. It's a size 12, made in Korea in the mid-'70s, and as a cotton-poly blend does not require dry cleaning. Overall the coat is in very good vintage condition without rips, tears, or fading but, given it's over 50 years old, it has a couple issues (see photos as examples). The material label has an older family member's initials inked on it, and while a trip to the dry cleaners removed several marks around the bottom of the coat, a few were lightened but not eradicated. The cleaner said soaking the lower 12" of the coat in an Oxiclean solution would help, but obviously I can't guarantee that would remove all marks. As such, I'm offering the coat at a lower-than-comps price and with discounted shipping.
All clothes posted belonged to myself or a family member, all single-owners and nonsmokers. Most items are from the '80s to the 00's, though some will be older. They've been hanging in closets or stored in dressers, but it's time for me to downsize, so I am selling the collection. Note: My older relatives were clotheshorses; I am not, so please consider the photos the main descriptive elements as clothing terms are generally foreign to me. I'm happy to answer any questions, provide more photos, or consider reasonable offers.
