Gorgeous fit and flare, mermaid style full length black tie formal/prom dress. Fitted to mid thigh, size 16 but has plenty of stretch built in. Amazing quality, horsehair trim hem and train. Purchased secondhand, worn for a try-on once but it doesn’t fit my chest unfortunately.
Waist measures 20” across but stretched to my 40” around waist.
Length shoulder to front hem: 64”
