True vintage LV find!!! Yes, you will get all three! Good condition, some minor staining on leather, as shown in picture #7. Elastic has some wear but still very stretchy and secure. Completely usable. These are approx 35-40 years old!
At their tightest they are approximately 3ft long, and at their loosest, they extend to approx 55”

Hi! I think if the size works for you, they’d be great with a purse! They are definitely not “stretched out”. They have plenty of strength in them to hold a large purse or a duffle bag
