I’m not sure what I’m suppose to do… I did receive the glasses… and I love them! However I need to take them to the optician and make sure my prescription fits. I bought the xtra insurance … so do I accept them … and if my prescription does not fit… return them? Or do I not accept until I know for sure? Please let me know. Best, Carol

@cr3wright It sounds like you are happy with the item, so you should accept as I have fulfilled my end of the transaction. If you got insurance, that is a separate process that protects you but doesn’t involve me. From my understanding, the item is not returned to me if filed through Seel.
